A contribution of the Adapt 4ward Team (The Asia Foundation) to the formulation of the next NTESDP 2023-2028

The International Labour Organization (ILO) Philippine Office assembled an Assessment Team to determine the recovery and rehabilitation needs of the regions affected by Typhoon Odette. 

The study "Enhancing Competitiveness of Human Resources through Responsive TVET Curriculum Supported by the Involvement of Industries and Labor Market Information" looks at the TVET systems of ASEAN member countries.

UNESCO Paris convened a team of international experts to develop guidelines for countries to use in developing ICT in education policies and masterplan. 

When the study was conducted in 2020, only 1.25% of the 16,125 registered TVET programs had STAR ratings, and only 2.26% of the 4,387 TVET institutions in the Philippines participated in TESDA's STAR Program. The authors looked at six areas where TESDA can make adjustments to accelerate the participation of TVET institutions.

studied the different purposes of LMI, the different types and examples of LMI existing in other countries, and the different users of LMI, including the list of issues related to LMI. These became useful to identify the type and nature of LMI systems in the Philippines, mainly from DOLE and TESDA.

UNICEF contracted Benjamin Vergel de Dios to write a proposal to GPE to fund the conduct of an assessment report and develop the Basic Education Development Plan (BEDP). GPE approved the amount of USD 371,402 for the Philippines. See the application form and concept note here.

The Adapt 4ward team and TESDA's Planning Office collaborated to evaluate more than 300 training regulations (TRs) promulgated between early 2000 and 2020. 

Before turning over the management of Darangpan Kang Kabataan (DKK) Center to the Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buenavista in Antique, the Consuelo Zobel Alger Foundation contracted Knowledge Community to develop a Manual of Operations, including a Trainee Handbook.

The case study on the Pink Phone Revolution in Cambodia was one of the nine case studies used in the UNESCO publication "Mobile Phones and Literacy: Empowerment in Women's Hands."​
